How to Manifest Positive Energy and Good Things?

You’d have noticed that sometimes, when you’re ready to take inspired action, people and situations create impediments on your way. Because your current frequency/energies are not aligned for the future, resistance becomes inevitable. To create the world you want, you must know how to manifest positive energy around you that supports your manifestations!

In this article, we’ll guide you through manifesting a friction free environment using divine force, so you can stay happy, aligned and joyful throughout the day!

Releasing Resistance From the Environment

Everything and everyone cannot work the way you want. We cannot be conscious of every situation we manifest, so instead of visualizing a positive future, we should focus on releasing our own resistance.

Our minds hold deep engraved scars, that when brought to light, bring a lot of darkness outside in the form of anger, envy, hatred, anxiety and depression. So, the most important part of making your environment frictionless is to first release those scars from within. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. Close your eyes and sit in a quiet place where no one would disturb you.
  2. Take a deep breath in.
  3. Now as you exhale, mentally recite the following statements:
    • I forgive my friends, I forgive my enemies.
    • I wish happiness for all, I wish advancement for all.
    • Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When you do this exercise, make sure that you “feel” forgiving everyone and genuinely wishing for everyone’s advancement and wellbeing. If you do this for 5 minutes, you’ll begin to dissipate resistance. But that’s not all! Now that you’re not resisting to your current situation, it is time to create something better and more joyful.

Manifesting Positive Energy

To manifest positive energy around you, you must become a source of it. Just feeling positive by yourself doesn’t affect the environment because you’re holding the energy to yourself. You must radiate positivity by purifying your own chitta (or everything that’s inside your awareness).

Here’s an exercise to train yourself to radiate positivity 24/7:

  1. Take a deep breath in, preferably in nature, from your left nostril (blocking right nostril from your thumb).
    • Visualize that you’re breathing in positive divine light.
  2. Now, breathe out with right nostril by blocking your left nostril with finger.
    • As you do this, visualize that you’re breathing out all negativity in the form of dark cloud.
  3. Now, breathe in divine white energy from the right nostril.
  4. Switch back to left nostril and breathe out negative cloud.

You can repeat this exercise 9 times to 108 times. This will fill your mind, body and soul with divine energy. You’ll also get physical and psychological benefits if you do this exercise daily. For example, your skin will get brighter, you’ll feel more energetic, you’ll never have anxiety or depression ever again and so much more!

Things to Keep in Mind

Often we put too much attention on “manifesting things”, that we forget to take action. Here taking action means, you have to be communicative and embracing toward people around you, as these are also ways to radiate positive energy.

Once you’re filled with positive energy, one way to radiate it is through your words, thoughts, ideas, and desires, since they are different forms of un-manifested energy (until they’ve found physical expression, through sound, or certain neuronal impulses).

Your words and action can spike joy, excitement, happiness and even bring the light of truth in others! And for someone who wants the best for the world, one who is mentally and physically pure, he or she has divine protection.
