If you don’t practice gratitude, no law of attraction advice can help you. In truth, LOA is not the fundamental truth. It is just the name of the creative process, and gratitude is one important part of it.
The law of attraction doesn’t move into action by itself, for it is just a chariot without horses! Gratitude make things move. However, unfortunately, people have put horses before the chariot. They say, once I get a Lamborghini, I’ll feel grateful. Once I make enough money, I’ll have freedom — It’s exactly opposite to how the universe works.
Gratitude crystallizes the feelings of desired future and makes them accessible to you. And we already know how important it is to FEEL your desired reality. So, it is imperative to develop an attitude of gratitude, for it will supercharge your manifestation prowess.
In this article, we’ll explain how to develop an attitude of gratitude + we also have some worksheets for you.
1: A Grateful Mind Is the Workshop of the Universe
When you are grateful, you become available to the creative forces of your mind and the universe. The moment your mind stops trying to survive in the world, it naturally thrives. We often underestimate the creative forces of the mind. Creative forces are unfathomably powerful.
It may appear to you that the creative force just unwinds the imagination. Yes! It makes our imagination more flexible, true, but there’s more. When you’re in a grateful state, you release lots of energy (subtle energy). This allows you to become available to the creative energy of the universe.
The creative energy of the universe is formless. You give form to the energy and release it in space, and this, in turn, begins to manifest your thoughts into reality, almost instantaneously.
2. How To Develop An Attitude of Gratitude?
You must have developed some gratitude while you were reading the previous paragraphs. We will attach a PDF worksheet down below which you must use every morning to develop an attitude of gratitude. Apart from that, if you want to feel grateful now, you can think of all the things you have or had in life.
We have a choice to feel a certain way. The rich can even find a reason to resent their riches. The poor can resent poverty because they see happiness and peace in riches. A singer can resent his singing if someone says to them “Yesterday’s song was better.” A person with an enormous house can resent it by looking at someone’s mansion.
Because we create 100 reasons to feel bad, we can also create 100 reasons to feel good and grateful.
3. Develop a Routine
It’s really simple. The moment you wake up in the morning, think of all the things you have. Think of the shelter that many people don’t have, think of the warm blanket, the fresh air, the food in the refrigerator, your family, think about everything you have. Sometimes it gets difficult to see things we have because they’re taken for granted. To remove this, think of the people who don’t have the things you have.
We can develop gratitude by using Affirmations and Autosuggestion. Autosuggestion is a powerful tool to plant an idea in your subconscious mind. The two links above will help you develop a grateful mind. You can boost the power of autosuggestion for a while using the technique mentioned in this post: How To Make Law of Attraction Work Instantly. This material is sufficient for you to understand the working of the subconscious mind and discover practical steps through which you can plant ideas in it.
4. Mindfulness Equals Gratefulness
We can also develop gratitude through mindful meditation. Mindfulness meditation is the practice of becoming present in the moment. The present moment holds everything you need to feel grateful for. In the present moment, you can breathe, the air you breathe is not yours. The life that gave birth to you, the life that carries you in its body, is not yours. You got it from nature. We can feel grateful for everything we perceive in reality. Or resent everything we don’t and can’t have (Can’t and don’t are preconceptions of the mind, they are never true).
When you’ll feel grateful for everything and everyone in your life, you’ll manifest more things to be grateful for. We can create infinite reasons to be grateful.
5. The Worksheet and Instructions
Use this worksheet to develop gratitude in your mind. Be mindful of the following points:
- Fill the empty fields every morning right after you wake up. (You can write the same things next morning)
- Actually feel grateful when writing your answers. Wait, feel and see what you are writing.
- Be mindful of everything you have.
- If someone makes you happy, be grateful to them because they made you happy.
- If someone makes you sad, be grateful to them because they reminded you of your happiness.
- Gratitude changes our thought patterns and influences our surroundings positively. When everyone around you feels positive, create a snowball effect by being grateful for the power you received by being grateful.
