Have you heard of stories of twin brothers or sisters who could feel what their other half is feeling, even if they are miles away from one another?
This phenomenon is not supernatural, as nothing in the universe is supernatural. Everything falls under the laws of creation, however, there are things that we don’t understand, yet.
The shared experience between the twins is only a causation given to the twins by nature, which means it’s not a skill they have acquired. They just happen to have the apparatus/body that supports a telepathic connection between the two, and they have no control over it.
How to Consciously Connect With Another Person?
In contrast to the natural phenomenon (with twins) that we find every once in a while, there are supernatural phenomena too, where an individual is able to connect their soul to another person consciously, and experience their thoughts, emotions, and even see the structure of their soul.
In yoga, there’s a term called Ritambara-pragya or the ocean of consciousness where the seer is able to perceive the space, the energies of people in the space, and also see their thoughts and natural tendencies by observing the causal phenomena happening in that space.
This information is only disclosed in closed groups, but because the readers are mostly the people who know me, or the ones I believe are mine or my responsibility (non-possessively, of course).
The heart chakra, also known as the anahata, once mastered allows the siddha to hear the unheard, and see the unseen. The very name of this chakra is an-ahata, which roughly translates to vibrationless sound. Let me explain this with an example.
- Here’s how it happens. Let’s say, person (A) randomly thinks of their favorite fruit, which is mango. They will reverberate a vibration in space.
- Now, this vibration will be picked up by another person (B). And if person (B) is attentive, they will pick up on person (A)’s emotion, rather than their thought (if they’re not aware enough yet). The emotion of (A) was
Favorite fruit. - The person (B) will think
favorite fruit, and the image of watermelon will come to his mind. This happens because person (B) likes watermelons. - In this case, we see a telepathic connection was made but it was not strong because the awareness of person (B) or person (A) was not permeable enough.
If the same thing is picked up by someone who has made their awareness permeable/subtle through yoga and meditation, they will be able to perceive (even hear) person (A)’s thoughts.
The secret is in subtlety. The subtler your attention and awareness becomes, the more competent and permeable you become. By subtle, I mean small. When you become like this, nothing bounces off of you. Everything passes through you, and you see those things.
As your awareness becomes smaller/subtler (or concentrated), your experience of life begins to even transcend space and time. This stage is attained when one gains mastery over the Agya chakra (or the third eye).
This is one of the eight Siddhis (asht-siddhi) called Anima.
The Reach of Science
As energy/mass becomes smaller, its behavior changes too. The ocean never takes the shape of a sphere like a drop of water.
As things become smaller, the nature of their behavior appears to change as well (although, fundamentally, everything is happening through a singular phenomenon).
In the scientific communities, there’s a term called, quantum entanglement — which is a phenomenon where two particles become linked in their states and harmonize in movements even if they’re light-years apart.
One misunderstanding in this scientific perspective, I believe, is that we assume that this phantom link is somehow the quality of the particles. In my understanding, it’s actually the opposite. It’s the quality of space that binds the two particles together.
Conditions to Make Telepathic Connection
There are two conditions for building a telepathic connection between two entities (whether between particles or human beings). If either of the two conditions are met, the probability of a telepathic connection increases:
#1. The physical proximity between two entities
The closer you are to a person, the likelihood of forming a telepathic connection increases. From a space-time perspective, hypothetically, if the distance between two entities is zero, they are actually one entity, and so the chances of their entanglement becomes infinite (which means they’ll always be entangled).
As the distance between the entities increase, the chances of entanglement decrease.
#2. The subtleness of the two entities
The subtler your awareness becomes, the more easily you’re able to entangle yourself with other entities. As energy becomes subtler or lesser in magnitude, the space and time starts to weaken its grip onto that entity.
This is a quality of space, not a limitation. Because of this very quality, our reality/universe is able to generate a defining quality called quantity. Quantification isn’t possible without this aspect of creation. And if there’s no quantification, everything collapses into infinity, and there is no creation in the first place.

The Secret is in the Name
In yogic tradition, when we invoke a deity or god, we take their names. When you call someone by their name, you don’t just see their names in your mind’s eye. You see their name -> their form -> their power -> their knowledge -> their root longing, and you see these 5 in the shown sequence. How further you see depends on the level of subtlety you’ve attained.
If you know my name, or have it in the back of your mind, I’m able to see you because I’m strongly entangled by my name.
If I think of your name, or have it in the back of my mind, I’m able to see you because you are strongly entangled by your name.
Final Random thoughts
You know, It’s funny how I struggle to miss the people who are close to me. You may be miles away or countries apart, but when I take your name, you’re with me.
Doing stupid things and covering them up by taking my name is only a sign of your loyalty, and so it’s forgivable. But you have to be sensible with your actions as you grow closer to people.
Do you know, as the level of Upasana increases (A special deity worship done through anushthana), the deity grows stricter on the devotee? It’s because the devotee and deity’s connection grows stronger and stronger, to the point that the wrongdoings of the devotee even starts affecting the deity, and vice versa.
I am no deity, so there’s no question of being strict. But oftentimes I feel disappointed. It’s not just you who is miserable, and your misery is not just yours anymore.
The point is, the closer you get to a person, the more sensible you should be with that person and yourself too. One wrong action can affect the both of you greatly.
This is the main reason why you should pick your company wisely. Especially in today’s world, where Kaamis (lustful) walk like gyaanis (the wise ones), and lobhis (greedy) pose themselves as vairagis (dispassionate people).
