When you’re transitioning from an awake to sleep state, your subconscious mind is the most susceptible to consuming new ideas and beliefs. You can use this opportunity to make a massive shifts in your life. The only prerequisite is, you must clearly know what you want, and go to sleep with an intention to manifest that. This article will show you how you can manifest something overnight step by step.
Let’s discuss a technique that quickly transfers thought from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind and immediately begins to shift our reality.
#1. Know What to Manifest
If you want to manifest something overnight, first and foremost, know what you want and stick to it. You can go as far as writing it down on a piece of paper and sticking it to the wall. Just so your mind doesn’t latch on to the next shiny object.
Defining what you want is the first step to manifesting it. If you’re vague about what you want to manifest, that’ll create a weak intention, which may cause you to forget when you’re transitioning into a sleep state. So, once you’ve decided on what you want, create a strong intention.
#2. Write It on a Piece of Paper
Now, writing something in a paper makes it more tangible inside our minds as well. The memory that you created (of your intention on paper) stays carved on stone.
Clearly write, how you’d feel after having it. Write as if you’ve already gotten it, and clearly define how you feel. For instance, if I want to manifest $100 in my account. I’ll write something like this:
I am so happy that I just made $100 bucks today! This is the first time I’ve made this much in a day. I thank the universe or whoever it is, who made my wish come true. Thank you so much and I’ll forever be grateful for this blessing. Now, I’m going to spend $50 on my favorite coffee drinks, video games, and give some away to the poor. Other $50 will go straight to my bank account, so I can save for my future foreign trips. PS: I would love to visit Japan.
Just speak your heart out. This is short, try to make it as long as you can. When I read the para I just wrote above, I really felt good, because I spoke my heart out. You have to do this too. However, remember to not stretch it too much. Keep the text concise and detailed so you could refer to it daily.
Treat the sheet of paper with respect. Think that the piece of paper is God. It is a wish fulfilling paper. Thank and be grateful that you have the holy paper in your hands.
#3. Read it Before you go to sleep
Have you ever noticed, when you sleep in a bad mood, you wake up in a bad mood?
This happens because the last thought you had before you fell asleep continues to permeate through the mind. When you wake up, you’ll notice that you started from the place you drifted off. Now, after you wake up, read the paper again and feel happy reading it.
Will it Manifest Overnight?
The thing you’re intending to manifest will happen overnight, and then it will start to appearing to you on the next day. You’ll find opportunities and events that take you towards the manifestation you’ve been looking for. The important part is to be receptive, but you don’t have to worry, you’ll know when it’s coming.
